Great Room

The soaring ceiling, large windows and natural light, the gorgeous winding staircase with its own views via the large glass windows make this place something special. Large TV with premium cable, as well as a firestick to access Netflix or your favorite streaming apps. Bose sound system that links to your phone or tablets to play your tunes.

Dining table with seating for eight. Games and puzzles, yoga mats and free weights. Views of the Pacific on one side, while the jungle fills your senses on the other two. A large game/poker table with seating for 6.
Glass doors invite you to tranquil open spaces with seating.

The great room has its own ductless AC system to keep you cool.

Kitchen

The center of any great home is the kitchen, and it is the literal center of this house. Upgraded appliances and custom built stools stand out. We’ve equipped it with a coffee maker and grinder, blender, toaster, hot water kettle. Plenty of pot, pans, utensils, etc. Use the electric griddle for breakfast pancakes and the instantPot for your favorite foods.

The kitchen has its own AC system, ceiling fan and opens to the first floor veranda and its pools and outdoor grill. Great views of the Pacific from the kitchen, and from the hand built stools commissioned for the house.

Internet and workspace

High speed cable internet and 2.4G/5G Wifi are included. We added a separate mesh wi-fi with repeaters through out the house to ensure blanket coverage. There is a workspace setup over the great room with a printer and a large monitor with an hd cable can easily attach to your laptop.

Verandas

Poolside and along the West side of the second floor, covered verandas with large ceiling fans provide a grand view with shelter from the sun or occasional rain. Off the great room there is yet another outdoor space with a view of the Pelonas Islands.

Pool

This gorgeous pool offers an infinity edge that overlooks the bay and allows you an uninterupted view of the pacific. Enjoy your time in the pool serenaded but the local birds and the haunting noises of the howler monkeys.
