- Each Bedroom has its own ac unit and remote controller to set the temp.
- Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
- Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and conditioner.
- Each room has its own closet, either built in or walk in.
- There are luggage racks in each room.
- The queen and king rooms each have sliding door access to a veranda.
- Alarm clock with phone (USB) charging ports is provided in each room (you will need to provide own device-specific cable).

- Gated driveway with remote and keypad for easy access.
- Fruit trees on the property are fair game, but seasonal and subject to a very temperamental irrigation system. There are various citrus trees (orange, mandarin orange, lemon) near the pool, and a mango tree on the side of the house. Other plants (banana, fig, etc. depend on our landscapers. We are currently expanding our offerings. Check back often.
